Ninja Class Details

Junior Ninja

Ages 6-13

Unleash your inner ninja in our Junior Ninja class, This 45-minute session focuses on building core strength, grip strength, jumping skills, rolls, balance, and flexibility. Through a series of dynamic and challenging exercises, your child will improve their physical abilities, coordination, and overall fitness. Our expert instructors ensure a fun and encouraging environment where every junior ninja can develop their skills and confidence. Join us once a week to jump, roll, and balance your way to ninja greatness!

Mini Ninja

Ages 3-5

Join our Mini Ninja class, designed specifically for energetic 3-5 year olds! This exciting 30-minute class introduces your little ones to the fundamentals of core strength, grip strength, jumping, rolls, balance, and flexibility. Through fun and engaging activities, your child will develop their physical abilities while building confidence and coordination. Our experienced instructors create a safe and supportive environment where every mini ninja can thrive. Let’s jump, roll, and balance our way to fitness and fun!
